Most of us know Argentinian actor Ricardo Darin ( pimped out above ) for his role in the movies 'Nine Queens' ( Nueve reinas ) and 'El Aura' ( The Aura ), Darin is now stepping into the directors chair to direct a new Crime movie called 'La Senal', Darin's directoral comes about due to original scriber Eduardo Mignogna ("The Escape") passing away during pre-production.

Brief Synopsis:

' The romantically-laced and sometimes violent detective yarn is set during Eva Peron's last days. A pair of low-ranking, bohemian gum-shoes, more given to whisky and women than procedural donkey work, are suddenly plunged into a corruption affair involving the Mafia.'

The film is due out in Argentina in 2008
